Our Work

Qurbani for All

“Qurbani for All” is a regular humanitarian initiative by Baitul Islah Foundation. Since its inception, the Foundation has been organizing Qurbani on behalf of devout and generous individuals to distribute meat among the poor and needy.

Typically, a large number of Qurbani sacrifices take place in urban areas, while the majority of the underprivileged population resides in rural villages. In fact, the number of cattle sacrificed in a single apartment complex in the city may exceed the total sacrifices in several rural villages. Through this project, Baitul Islah Foundation ensures that a portion of urban Qurbani reaches impoverished communities in remote areas.

The implementation of the project on the ground is supported by the Foundation’s dedicated volunteers.

Distribution Method:

  • One goat is sacrificed on behalf of one individual.

  • One-seventh of a cow is considered a complete Qurbani share for one person.

  • All meat is distributed among poor and needy families.

Impact So Far:
Under this project, the Foundation has sacrificed and distributed meat from 1,167 goats and cows across various regions of the country.

Flood food project

Each year during the monsoon season, nearly 26,000 square kilometers of Bangladesh are flooded. During this time, people in the northern regions of the country, in particular, suffer from extreme hardship. To respond to this crisis, Baitul Islah Foundation regularly organizes relief efforts in flood-affected districts, standing beside the helpless and distressed.

The Importance of Standing by the Needy:
Abu Huraira (RA) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said:
“Whoever relieves a believer’s distress in this world, Allah will relieve his distress in this world and the Hereafter. Allah continues to help a person as long as they are engaged in helping their brother.”
(Sunan at-Tirmidhi, Hadith 2945)

Through this initiative, the Foundation not only delivers aid but also fulfills the spirit of this hadith by offering direct support to the needy.

What’s Included in the Relief Packs:
Essential items provided to flood victims include:

  • Rice

  • Lentils

  • Cooking oil

  • Potatoes

  • Flattened rice (Chira)

Orphans & poor people helping project

Baitul Islah Foundation is committed to caring for orphans and underprivileged families with compassion and dignity. Through this project, we provide essential support such as food, clothing, shelter, healthcare, and education.

We ensure that orphaned children are raised in a nurturing environment—offering not just basic care, but also moral guidance and spiritual development. For struggling families, we extend financial aid, skill development training, and access to halal livelihood opportunities.

Education centre leading

Baitul Islah Foundation leads education centers focused on building an enlightened, morally grounded generation. Our centers provide quality education with an emphasis on both academic excellence and Islamic values. Children from orphaned, poor, and underprivileged backgrounds are given access to learning opportunities they would otherwise miss.

Our aim is not only to teach reading and writing, but to raise responsible, ethical individuals who can serve their families, communities, and faith with integrity.

Winter clothes project

Every year, countless people in remote and rural areas of Bangladesh suffer terribly during the harsh winter months. To bring them warmth and dignity, Baitul Islah Foundation organizes a Winter Clothes Distribution Program.

Through this initiative, we distribute essential winter items such as blankets, sweaters, woolen caps, and scarves to those in need. Alongside the distribution, short Islamic talks and moral awareness programs are also held to uplift the community both physically and spiritually.
